Start by saying Beryl is the guy you want to see! He does not have high pressure sales tactics and will let you drive 6 different vehicles if you can't make up your mind! Beryl is awesome! I just bought a truck from Larry Hill Ford a few days ago. I was very pleased with the way I was treated. Robert Folk was my salesman. He was friendly and put me at ease right from the start. The only downside to the experience was that they were very busy that day and I had to wait quite a while to do my paperwork. Overall, though, I was happy with the experience and my truck. BUT: The time it took to do the paper work was unreal. When you bring a check in for a car why so long to do the paper work. I can't see why it would take 21/2 to 3 hrs. to do paper work. My time is important but it did't seem to be to the people doing the paper work realy cared. Not a good experience:: Would have to do some thing about using Larry Hill Ford again. Byron is very patient and very helpful, as are the rest of the sales force. They stayed until about 10:30pm to get everything wrapped up. I can't neglect to mention the prices, which are great. The prices are what I call "in-line with Atlanta pricing" for used imports. Truth be told, I HATE buying cars. I'm an investment manager by trade, so the idea of blowing cash on a depreciating item just hurts me deep inside. Having said that, I'm pretty sure I'll go to Byron at Larry Hill first when we need to buy a vehicle, and I'm telling everyone else that, too. More
