We were shown several used cars at different prices and the benefits of each car [mileage, comfort, etc.]. We lost our Ford Escape in a Tornado that hit our home alone with everything else we had. When we bought our Ford Escape in December we got Gap Insurance. At first we were not real sure about spending the extra money on getting Gap Insurance, but after speaking with Mike Bartlett about the benefits we deceeded to to go with it this time. After lossing our vehicle plus another vehicle and our house we are sooooo greatful to have purchased the Gap insurance because we would be paying for a crushed vehicle if we hadn't...Thanks Mike. We have dealt with Dean Helsdon on now our second vehicle and he has done a marvelous job with us. He has always been honest and gotten us just what we were looking for. I have been in the market for a car for almost a year, researching and test driving various makes of 5-door hatchbacks. Larry Hill Ford was one of the first in the area to receive a 2012 Ford Focus. Once I saw the car in person and Jason let me drive it, I was sold. Jason was very patient with me and my family. Not only did he make me feel welcome in the showroom, he also allowed me to come to my own conclusions. It is a testament to Ford as well that the new Focus is such a great car as I was sold on it almost immediately once I got to drive it. This led me to the decision to special-order a 2012 Ford Focus SE Sport 5-door with a MANUAL TRANSMISSION. I have never experienced a dealer who was willing to special order a car for a customer. I knew going in that by virtue of special-ordering a hot car like the new Focus, that I would have very little negotiating room on price. The trade off is that I got the EXACT car that I wanted. One quick word on the finance side: Mike Bartlett really seems to know what he is doing, and he seems to genuinely care about the people who are sitting across the desk from him. He explained every piece of paper I signed, and he did not try to hide anything or play any tricks. The financing portion of the sale was very straightforward and relaxed. In short, this dealership has earned my business and I am willing to drive the extra 20 miles for service because of this purchasing experience.I can't say enough about Jason and the sales staff at Larry Hill Ford. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone in the Chattanooga area who wants a new Ford and wants to be treated with some dignity and respect. More
After my 1999 Toyota Camry gave up after 260,000 miles I was bummed to say the least. I entered Larry Hill Imports only "looking." I was looking to get out of a car and back in to a truck, so I began looking around. Larry Hill's used vehicle lot always keeps quality vehicles so I started there.
