Went into Larry Hill Ford on Friday to see John Martin. He was was helping another customer. So John Smith helped me. We picked out the f150 that I liked and got started on getting my car appraised. During this entire time John Martin would check in just to make sure I was been taken care of. When John Martin got done with his first customer, I had the attention of both salesmen. Together, they made the whole experience of buying a new car fun and easy. They both new all the answer to all my questions. I would highly recommend either John Martin or John Smith as your sales person. Don't let me forget the finance team, they gave me a good deal on a great truck. My father and uncle both purchased cars on the same day from Larry Hill Ford a few years ago so we looked at their inventory on line. She saw several Honda Accords she liked so we kept Larry Hill Ford in mind if we were ever in the area since we live in Calhoun, GA it isn't exactly close. Weeks later we happened to be in Chattanooga on a Saturday and we decided since we were in the area we would ride on up and check Larry Hill Ford out. We did the classic drive by thru the lot to see if she saw anything she wanted to stop and take a closer look. We stopped and Ryan Hunter came out to greet us. He was very friendly and asked us what we were looking for and would be show us everything in that area of type and price we were looking for. After driving one Accord walking over to the next one we saw the Infiniti G35S and it was an eye catcher for sure. Ryan told us some things about this car and said we could drive it if we wanted even though it was not a Honda and was more than we wanted to spend. We took it for a short drive and returned to look at more Honda's. We drove 2 more Accord's although they were great cars nothing really grabbed us. We looked at a few more cars in the payment range we were looking for and again nothing that we just loved. We walked by the G35S again and paused Ryan asked do you guys want to take this car for a longer drive and jumped in and off we went. We loved the car for sure. Ryan never pushed us to the car never pressured us to look outside what we had planned on spending. He did everything right!! He asked us if we wanted to see what they could do on the car to get the payments in our range we wanted to pay. We told Ryan what we needed to make it happen. He went and worked with the rest of the staff and came back with a couple of options for us. By this time it was 6:30pm and closing time was near. He let us know there was no rush they would stay as long as needed if we wanted to make a deal on the car. We left Larry Hill Ford at 9:30 on a Saturday night with an amazing car that we love!!! We had no intentions on buying a car when we left home that day we were just going to check a few cars out!! Ryan and the Larry Hill Ford Team were amazing and did things different than any other dealer we have ever been too. WOW is all I can say a great group of people. They all treated us with the upmost respect and courtesy from the moment we arrived at 4:30 til we left 5 hours later. I will send anyone I know who need a car or truck to Ryan and the Larry Hill Team. We have found our dealership for any future nee may have and I have found a new friend in Ryan!! More
