The salesmen meet us in the parking lot we explained what we were looking for and he gave us several options to look at and went as far as looking at other Ford dealer to find us what we were looking for. Everybody was very attentive and accommidating. They were willing to stay late to make a deal that worked for everyone involved. Since we were there until 10pm. They made arrangements to have the van cleaned at a later date and to have the rear brake/blinker bulb replaced. I came in the next day to finish giving paperwork and express a concern about the transmission hesitating & vibrating. Kevin took the time to drive it himself and drive it until it did what i said it was doing. Since he knows engines he was able to explain why it was doing what it was doing and told me to come back in two weeks if it was still vibrating when I was at a light. The pricing isn't a slap to those who tried to make it work but we had bad credit so i guess it's to be expected. Kevin was trying to give us a way to boost our credit score that in the long run would help us if we decided to trade again. I would definetly recommend everyone to deal with at least the guys we dealt with. We had our son with us and he is 1 1/2 yrs old and they were great with him. It was his bedtime at 8:30pm and they never once complained that he was too loud (while he tried to keep himself awake by running around or babbling and laughing). They went as fast as possible so we could get him home and to bed. More

Ryan was a pleasure to deal with. We gave him a hard time but he hung in there. We orginally stopped to look at the 4-door Jeep Wrangler and lost interest when we saw it was not a 4WD. We went to Larry Hill Ford with a specific purchase in mind....We wanted to trade up to a 2012 RED fusion with cloth seats. That was more difficult than anticipated, because Red is temporarily unavailable mind....We wanted to trade up to a 2012 RED fusion with cloth seats. That was more difficult than anticipated, because Red is temporarily unavailable. The sales staff searched a 500 mile radius for us, to no avail. Hence, we walked away the first visit disappointed. That was NOT the fault of the dealership. We made several more visits to Larry Hill, looking for an alternative interior and exterior color, (which is why we have listed so many names for the people at the dealership that helped us). Each and everyone was very patient, helping us search for just the right car for us. We ended up dealing primarily with Wes, and he helped us special order exactly what we wanted. Our new car arrived at the dealership in the time frame promised, and we closed the deal yesterday. We are now the proud owners of a Steel Blue 2012 Ford Fusion SE. We researched Jeep Wranglers online and found three within a 150 mile radius that were within our price range, and had the features we were looking for. We are from Athens TN and decided to drive to Cleveland to check out the one at Larry Hill Ford. Immediately, we were greeted by Ryan Hunter who is a very informative and knowledgeable salesperson. He knew about the vehicle we were wanting to test drive and was very upfront about the limitations of the vehicle (not 4X4)and the positive features as well. The test drive went well and we decided to purchase the vehicle without any pressure from the staff at Larry Hill Ford. Every step in the process went smoothly and we left that evening with our new Jeep Wrangler. I applaud this dealership for the level of Customer Service we received. Not many dealerships (if any) offer a 3 month, 3,000 mile warranty on a used car and that was very impressive. I will speak highly of my experience at this dealership and will refer business to Ryan at every opportunity. Thanks for a great used car buying experience. More

Met Reggie Johnson, was the nicest saleman I have every met, he was so friendly to me and my wife, and he was a pleasure just to simply talk to as a person. John Martin, our salesperson was very courteou and patient in helping us select our choice. He took the time to show us several vehicles as well as explain the options with each as well as test driving the Ford Escape, which we bought. He took extra time to go over all the information about the vehicle and completed his part of the transaction in a timely manner. Quite often, the experience can be negative when you're trying to make a decision on buying, but with John that was not the case. He was very professional and knowledgeable and is certainly an asset to your company. The area in which we were not completely satisfied with the the compeltion of the financial paperwork. We waited for 2 hours after John completed his part of the sale before we finally met with James Brown to review and sign the final documents. I felt it took way too long and this should be addressed so that it will result in better customer service. Also, by the long delay it made it impossible for John to leave us and help another customer. More
