I had a GREAT experience at Larry Hill Imports during my recent purchase of a used car. Lee was very knowledgeable of each of the cars I looked at and so patient as it took nearly 3 hours after the dealers recent purchase of a used car. The guy who does the financing was able to get my payments exactly in the range I needed without a bunch of back and forth hassling that I had already experienced at other dealerships. Being a single woman about to make a big purchase, I was naturally nervous walking onto the lot, but my experience was so good at Larry Hill I will certainly recommed them to anyone I know of looking to buy a car! As a side note, I chose to extend my factory warranty and include an upgraded service plan because I knew that a dealership that took such great care to GET me as a customer will also take a great deal of care to KEEP me as a customer. I will happily drive the extra 20 miles from Chattanooga to be treated the right way! More

When we arrived we were greeted by Eric Hill, we told him what we were looking for and what price range and model we were interested in. He showed us several options and we took several test drives. Eric was very hospitable, and knowledgeable about the vehicles we were looking at.When we decided on a vehicle he was very efficient and fast in the process of getting a quote and getting our car appraised and a deal put together. Shane Little is the Manager and the one that puts the deal together on paper. He is a very nice person and really has the customers feelings and understands what the customer needs and what monies they have to deal with. We met Shane when he was the finance manager a couple of years ago when we bought another vehicle there. Majdi Awad was the finance manager, he was very efficient, fast, and very understanding about what we wanted and did not want on our loan. He made the process of signing all the necessary papers rapid and efficient. We appreciate that about him, he also got us a drink, I know that sounds very insignificent but we are both diabetics and we had not eaten or had a drink since early morning and this was early afternoon, that impressed us because most people would not take that in consideration. Ryan Hunter was a good salesman! Very friendly and informative. Glad I took the vehicle to a diesel shop before I bought it.
