I haven't purchased a newer vehicle in about 10 years, so the process looming ahead was going to be challenging for me. I visited several dealerships to determine which vehicle I liked and felt was a good fit for me. (I had been driving vans for about 25 years and felt I was ready for something different.) Then I went back and test drove several of them. One vehicle I decided that was a good fit for me was the Ford Flex, so I went back in to see John Martin again. John was very honest and open with me about the vehicle, explaining all of its features. He was easy to talk to, made me feel comfortable, and he was very patient with me. We couldn’t make the Ford Flex deal work, but a new trade-in vehicle was on the lot and it was a newer version to what I had –a 2010 Honda Odyssey. James Brown and John talked to me about this vehicle and we finally agreed to a deal, after a test drive. I must admit, I felt right at home in that Honda Odyssey. The price was not where I wanted it to be; however, I believe it was a fair deal for everyone involved! I highly recommend Larry Hill Ford even though I bought a Honda at a Ford dealership! More

Brian was very attentive and while it was pouring down rain your sales guys met us in the parking lot with an umbrella even before we could get out of the car. We moved to this area in October, 2010 however since August, 2001 when my son came to this area to attend Lee University, I first contacted Larry Hill Ford's Service Department. We gave our son an Explorer so we could feel safe with him traveling from Roanoke, VA to Cleveland, TN traveling I-81. Their Service Department is the best I have ever worked with, even long distance, to make sure the service was kept up on the Explorer. Because of our association with Larry Hill Ford from 2001 to 2010 when we moved to the area, there was no question in our mind that this is where we would do business in either purchasing cars or having them serviced.
