I had perches a F350 FX about sixty days a go. the truck with in the first week ran hot on my way home. after stopping and letting it cool down ever thing was OK. so I though that the thermostat had stuck. with in the first week ran hot on my way home. after stopping and letting it cool down ever thing was OK. so I though that the thermostat had stuck. well about two weeks ago the same thing happen gen but this time it was much worse. I broth the truck to the dealer Larry Hill Ford and left it for serves. After about three days we had a price to fix the truck.[ 6000.00] I steal wasn't concern due to Having the warranty that I had Perched. I later found out that the warranty didn't cover the repairs. At that point I called Larry Hill and let him know what had happen. Mr Hill took 20% off of the repairs.[ that he wasn't required to do. Due to I bought the truck As Is.] I went back to the Dealer ship to cancel the warranty but Mike was with a customer. While waiting I walk around Just look at trucks. Jason White came up an asked if i need any help. I replied No I'm just looking. He then asked didn't you jest buy that Black FX 350 ? We then got in to a long friendly conversation and as i was walking away I look at Jason and said if y'all will treat me right I'll trade trucks. Jason then replied let Us see if we can make this whole Thing right. He then got Mike Barkles involved. Mike work up the deal and we look at it.Mike also at that time told me that he wasn't trying to sell me a new truck , but if it made me happy he could do this. I walk out and look at the truck gen and when I came back into the office Mike said if I like the truck and I'm thanking about buying it He wanted me to take it home and thank on it over night to be sure that thats what I wont to do. So all I can say Is thanks to everyone but Special to Jason White, Mike Fulkers, Mike Barkles and Larry Hill. We came in on our 5th wedding anniversary just to look because we were not sure what type of car we were wanting to buy. After being shown cars (new and used) by Larry Simcox we ended up purchasing a 201 because we were not sure what type of car we were wanting to buy. Mr. Simcox was very knowledgeable of the cars he was showing us, was able to answer all our questions in a professional manner, he was very friendly and presented me with and fan to show he is "a fan of my business" and gave my husband a back scratcher to show he "was itching for his business". I bought my first car today and have been visiting the Larry Hill Import lot for over a month searching for the right car until I found it. He went out of his way to ensure that I bought my car at the lowest price and spent a good three hours of his Saturday afternoon in which to do so. My parents have actually bought a 2010 Toyota Camry from Larry Hill Imports and are very pleased with their buy.
