Eric was never over bearing but very knowledgiable and answered all my questions. I could tell by the way he talked to me that he really cared about me and my needs and had my best intrest at heart. He was patient and showed me several vehicles before finding the right one for me. I will never buy another car from any other dealer, even if I find a better price I will still be back. He did a wonderful job showing the car and answering our questions. There were some minor issues with the car that was taken care of right away by the service department. I started looking at your used car lot and didn't see anything that caught my eye so as I turned out of that lot and drove towards your new car dealership, just to turn around, I saw a price on the winds anything that caught my eye so as I turned out of that lot and drove towards your new car dealership, just to turn around, I saw a price on the windshield of a Fusion that caught my eye. As I circled the parking lot I was greeted by Larry Simcox and he proceeded to tell me about the Fusion which I still thought had to be used or last years model, judging by the price. Larry was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and after a short test drive we went inside to look at payment options. Needless to say i drove home a short time later with a 2012 bright red Fusion. I was really impressed in the no pressure sales and friendliness of everyone at the dealership and will recommend your dealership to everyone I know that is looking for a new or used car or truck.
