After checking other dealerships, Larry Hill Ford had the vehicle I was looking for at the price I was comfortable with. The customer service with Rob Folks and Brad was top notch. Since I didn't get off work until late, Rob stayed til I was able to arrive and complete the necessary paper work. I had no interest in trading but my husband wanted to see what the great deal was. Since we were in Cleveland, we drove down to Larry Hill Ford where Chris introduced us to Dustin Hayes. It was like we had known Dustin all his life. He listened to what we wanted and took us to the car that he thought fit the bill and had me test driving the car. Dustin explained all the bells and whistles on the car better than any salesperson I have ever dealt with. We knew we wanted that car and Dustin worked a deal where we don't have to pay much more and we have a whole lot more car. It was late when we finished the deal and Dustin took care of getting the car ready to go and everything works great on the car. He is going to take care of the cleanup at our convenience. Also, a big thank you to Mr James Brown who stayed late to do the contract. He even found some money from our last contract that will be refunded to us.
