Dustin was very helpful in showing me the car I wanted (2010 Altima) and not something else. Explained the features of the car and the warranty included. I looked at several dealerships before stopping at Larry Hill Ford. Upon arrival at Larry Hill my father and I spoke with the used vehicle sales manager. He showed us the dealer invoice price and gave us a no haggle price that I could. It turn down. Did I mention all of this took place before the dealership was scheduled to open? The sales manager was there early on Christmas eve getting prepared for the day. Ryan was one of the first sales associates to arrive that morning and he prepped the vehicle for a test drive. The two of us took the vehicle for a spin. Ryan was very personable and didn't come across like a typical used car salesman. He listened to my needs in a new vehicle and professionally answered all of my questions. The entire experience was painless and the entire staff was very friendly. The price I paid was very fair. I had been told by another dealer in Murfreesboro that I could not buy a truck in the price range I intended. Larry Hill Ford proved them wrong. My aunt, father and I have all purchased vehicles from Larry Hill Ford and I believe my oldest brother may become the next in our family to buy a new vehicle from LHF.
