My Sales Representative, Mr. Byron Snyder, provided the best customer service of anyone I have ever dealt with. He was kind, patient, professional, and most importantly honest. He spent two whole days with me helping me to try and find the perfect vehicle that best suited me and my family. I have not had good experiences in the past when purchasing a car and not knowing a lot about cars, have been taken advantage of, and until I met Mr. Snyder I had a very negative outlook on the whole process. I am so thankful that I decided to visit this dealership and that I met Mr. Snyder and cannot thank him enough for changing my mind and to know that there are genuine people that do care about and consider every individual's situation and are not just out to make a sale regardless of how it could potentially effect the person who is making such a big decision. Majdi Awad, the Finance Manager, was also amazing and worked very hard to get me in the car that I wanted at a price that I could afford. I went to the dealership to test drive some cars. Historically, buying a vehicle, for my family has been like an unwanted trip to the dentist. I have never enjoyed buying a car, or suffering through the pitches, lack of whole truth, and the numbers chang like an unwanted trip to the dentist. I have never walked away from the car buying experience with a good feeling in my stomach. I do not exaggerate about this. This is the first time, from beginning to end, that the process has been painless and as enjoyable as possible. Shane Gay was a professional salesman that never pushed, promised, or did not deliver on anything he said. I highly recommend Shane Gay, Shane Little, and Majdi Awad. They worked with us to achieve the best possible outcome for everyone involved. For the first time, I walked away from a car buying experience with a good feeling in my stomach and did not feel like I made a huge mistake. If you go by Larry Hill Ford, ask for Shane Gay. MY WIFE AND I WERE OUT JUST LOOKING WHEN WE STOPPED TO LOOK AT THE SCION.WE MET TODD AND WERE TALKING TO HIM AND GETTING READY TO DRIVE THE SCION WHEN HE HAD TO PASS US OFF TO ERIC BECAUSE A CUSTOMER CAME LOOK AT THE SCION.WE MET TODD AND WERE TALKING TO HIM AND GETTING READY TO DRIVE THE SCION WHEN HE HAD TO PASS US OFF TO ERIC BECAUSE A CUSTOMER CAME BACK TO BUY A CAR. WE WERE NOT GOING TO BUY JUST YET BECAUSE WE WERE IN A DELIMA OF HANDING DOWN A CAR TO MY 21 YEAR OLD COLLEGE STUDENT OR BUYING HIM ONE.WE DROVE THE SCION, WE DROVE TWO JEEPS{THOSE WERE FOR MY BENEFIT} AND A CAMRY. WE STILL WERE NOT SURE AND ERIC WAS VERY PATIENT AND HELPFUL.HE GAVE US ALL THE TIME WE NEEDED AND WE ENDED UP MAKING A DEAL. I CAN'T SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THESE TWO GUYS AS TODD TOOK BACK OVER TO CLOSE THE DEAL. MAJDI WAS A BIG HELP IN ALL THE FINANCING AND WARRANTY DETAILS.IF HE DOESN'T MAKE IT AT FINANCE HE IS A REAL GOOD SALESMAN BECAUSE I THINK THE ONLY THING WE DIDN'T ADD ON WAS YOUR COFFEMAKER AND HAD HE NOT BEEN READY TO GO HOME HE PROBABLY WOULD HAVE TRIED TO SELL US THAT TOO.
