Gerry Lang has gone out of his way to make the buying experience a pleasure. After the sell, Gerry has stayed in touch an helped with seat belt extensions. The day my taxes came in, we made our way to cleveland to Larry Hill... As we got out of our truck Larry S. approached my father and I, from that moment on I new I was going to purchase a vehicle with them. Larry made me feel comfortable, not pressured in any way. Not one time during my expirience did I feel he was selling to make a profit, but to help me find the best car that suited me. When the paper work came through my odds of no credit weren't looking very good. But Larry & Victor did all the could to help me....After waiting nearly 2 hours. I was handed the keys to a brand new 2012 Ford Fiesta with 2 miles on it. I cried like a baby becuaseI was so happy, and felt so accomplished. Larry and Victor were amazing! I can't describe how happy I am with the service!! Ryan was very straight foward with the whole deal which I greatly appreciated. Received a letter in the mail with an offer to buy late model used cars. Made an appointment, met with salesman, car was appraised, and two days later we had a check in hand.
