Prior to coming to Larry Hill Ford, I was very skeptical as to the service I would receive. Previously, I had credit problems, so I didn't know if they would even be able to help me. Took my 2010 Ford Edge in to have a rear turn signal bulb replaced. I spoke with Joe Trentham and Clyde Sheets. Both were very helpful and courteous. I live in South Carolina and made first contact by phone. I was treated with respect and interest from the very first phone call. He was knowledgeable, nice, and was interested in me and my interests in a new vehicle - not pushing some sales agenda. I was not quite ready to buy yet and I wanted to sell one of my older cars first so time passed. They kept in touch but did not "hound me". When I was ready I called and it moved quickly. We settled the numbers over the phone and Kevin did a good job of explaining the details of the numbers. We came to agreement quickly and when I arrived and saw the truck I picked on the website for the first time in person it was clean and ready to go. So was the paperwork. They even gave me a ride back from returning a one way rental car in one of their dealer automobiles! I spoke with others there too... Victor, Flip, and the tech that sync'd my Blackberry. It was really a great, comfortable, low stress environment. And I got a great price - the price I asked for. More
