I came to the dealership to trade my car in for a new one. The level of customer service was great. I brought my elderly in-laws with me. I had spoken with another salesman over the phone before I came to the dealership and was specific with him about what I wanted. He told me they had the car I wanted on the lot. When I got there I was a little disappointed that I had driven 45 minutes and when I got there they didn't have what I wanted, but Dustin helped me find another car that was satisfactory and even helped me get my sync set up. Overall I was satisfied with the experience. More

Prior to coming to Larry Hill Ford, I was very skeptical as to the service I would receive. Previously, I had credit problems, so I didn't know if they would even be able to help me. Because of my past credit history, I was very apprehensive about the treatment I would receive. From the moment I met Eric Hill, I was very pleased with the service. Eric didn't criticize me for my past credit history, but he showed me the upmost respect and treated me better than I ever expected. I had the opportunity to meet Shane and Lee. These guys were as friendly as Eric was. They all just made me feel right at home. Not only did I purchase an amazing car, but I am so astonished by the service Eric and Larry Hill Ford provided me with. Took my 2010 Ford Edge in to have a rear turn signal bulb replaced. I spoke with Joe Trentham and Clyde Sheets. Both were very helpful and courteous. Joe told me there would not be a labor charge if I bought the part. When the Edge was delivered to me Joe ask if I had wanted a bulb I had previously purchased used. They had used it instead of charging me for another part. This is typical of the service I have recieved over the last several years. They are a super bunch of people. More
