I came to the dealership to trade my car in for a new one. The level of customer service was great. I brought my elderly in-laws with me. I had spoken with another salesman over the phone before I came to the dealership and was specific with him about what I wanted. He told me they had the car I wanted on the lot. When I got there I was a little disappointed that I had driven 45 minutes and when I got there they didn't have what I wanted, but Dustin helped me find another car that was satisfactory and even helped me get my sync set up. Overall I was satisfied with the experience. More

Prior to coming to Larry Hill Ford, I was very skeptical as to the service I would receive. Previously, I had credit problems, so I didn't know if they would even be able to help me. Took my 2010 Ford Edge in to have a rear turn signal bulb replaced. I spoke with Joe Trentham and Clyde Sheets. Both were very helpful and courteous.
