my name is lisa johnson..ihad been looking at cars for over a week and found one on craigs list that ryan advertised..ended up it didnt have some of the features i was looking for in a car. but, ryan show over a week and found one on craigs list that ryan advertised..ended up it didnt have some of the features i was looking for in a car. but, ryan showed me several other cars that would me my needs and wants. he was very friendly, outgoing and was very informative on the questions that i would ask. and patience,,wow.anyone dealing with me had to have that because i was so indecisive of what to do..i ended up with a nissan altima and so far im pleased with my decision and the way ryan helped me with my purchase. i have since called ryan over some issues and he has continued to try and help me out anyway that would keep me happy..:) overall, ryan hunter is a great salesman!! thanks again for everything and i hope that in the future, i can rest assured that this dealership and ryan hunter will be there to help me in anyway possible..i have already talked to friends and family and told them of my experience at the dealership and recommended if and when they purchase a vechile, to go and check them out and request ryan hunter for their saleman.. thanks, again lisa johnson More

Had a wonderful experience. The only thing I would change is add more people that can do the actual financing paperwork so the wait isn't so long. I, Cynthia Wright, went to Ford on May 17th and purchased a Ford Focus. Dave Babbit was the sales person and was very helpful and professional. He assured me that I would love the mileage of the Focus, etc. a Ford Focus. Dave Babbit was the sales person and was very helpful and professional. He assured me that I would love the mileage of the Focus, etc. and after the paperwork was all signed he asked me to return the next day to have the phone linked up to the Sinc. system. I arrived back on 5/18 in the morning and was assisted by Rob Folks, as Dave had to take his wife to a doctor's appointment. Rob had issues with trying to get the phone hooked up to the sinc. and had to get assistance. He finally got the phone paired to the Sinc. and then I drove home. I called a few people from the car to see how it worked and 5 different people stated that I sounded like I was in a tunnel and or that every other word was cut off (and static as well.) The phone did not do much better over the weekend so I called David Babbit to tell him the issues I was having (even called him from the car to let him hear what it was doing.) I was asked to come down again to see what could be done so I made another appointment and went down on Monday the 21st. The phone was paired again and we still had the same issues over the next day. When I called David to let him know the situation was still the same,he asked me to come down again on Friday and he would have service have a look at this problem. I explained to him that I would have to bring my 3 foster children, as they were out of school for the summer and he arranged a vehicle for the day. I also asked Dave to have someone look at the vehicle as it was only getting 25 MPG> and he assured me that he would have service check this out as well. On Friday I called David Babbit from the car sinc system and he could not understand that I was letting him know I was running 20 minutes behind schedule. After leaving the dealership and picking up the rental -(4 1/2 hours)-Dave called and had me return to Ford (he said that he felt the situation had been addressed. I called my husband from the phone upon arriving back at the dealership and he said it did not sound any better to him. (Robert from Service was in the vehicle when my husband called the phone again, and Robert answered the call. He seemed to be irritated with the children in the back seat as well as my husband, who was just wanting this issue to be resolved.) I was told me David Babbit that he felt I should also contact Verizon to see if I could upgrade to another phone as I was having issues with this phone. After leaving the dealership, I was again not able to call anyone from the car as 'no phone could be found' according to the Sync voice. I called my husband after trying to get the system to work, and told him I was not able to get it to work at all again. He called Robert and got in a heated conversation with him about this situation. Robert told my husband that he wanted Mrs. Wright to bring the vehicle down to the dealership on Wednesday at 8am (and to leave her phone as well!) and Mr. Wright told Robert that Mrs. Wright could not do this because of the foster children . It was arranged that Mrs. Wright bring the vehicle between 9-9:30 which would now be the 4th trip to Larry Hill Ford. Mr. Wright called the Ford Corporation to get them involved in this issue as well and was assured that a call would be made to Larry Hill Ford on Tuesday, May 29th. *As far the mileage issue was concerned, I was assured that the car mileage would adjust itself after I drove it for a while. I was looking a sports car just to play around in. I drove to Knoxville in the morning to look at a Mercedes. It was not the car for me. On my way back home I saw the Larry Hill Imports sign on I-75. I then remembered they always have a good selection of preowned sports cars. I stopped by and met Ryan Hunter. He made me feel welcome right away. I told him I would like to look at the Porsche Boxter he had for sale. He said let me get a tag and we will take it for a drive. We drove up the road a couple of miles pulled over so I could drive.We sat there for at least 20 minutes while Ryan explained features on the car in great detail. This guy really knows his stuff. Then it was my turn to drive. The power and handling of this car blew my mind. I knew by the end of the test drive I had to have it. Ryan partnered with Mr. Little and Mr. Awad to make it happen. I have bought many cars in my 48 years. Never have I had a dealership so knowledgable,friendly and helpful. They are really deticated to making an emotional connection and customer service.
