Pressure free buying experience! I purchased a new car from another dealer less than a year ago and was suffering buyers remorse. I started browsing on line for what a really wanted, I purchased a new car from another dealer less than a year ago and was suffering buyers remorse. I started browsing on line for what a really wanted, a small suv. I found several I liked on Cleveland Fords website. Not thinking it was going to be possible to trade so soon I decided just to go look anyway. My Sales man Brad, called me and I was on my way. When I arrived he had the suv pulled up front and the air on ready for me to give it a spin, nice and cool and ready to go! He was very nice and pleasant to work with. The entire team was great and made what I thought was impossible happen! Not only was I able to get the suv I wanted but also got a great price and my monthly payment was actually lower thanks to the Great work of their finance team.
