I had to wait over an hour just to sign the paperwork and pay for the car. The finance manager was not in a hurry to get anything done. To me it seem like it was a imposition for him to do his job because it was past closing time. Which was his fault. If going to this dealership just make sure you have time for the finance manager because he will not get in a hurry. More

I purchased a 2014 F-150 from this dealership on May 24, 2018. I was at the dealership for 4 hours ( +/- a few minutes.) I had previously stopped in and driven the truck, so this visit was strictly for the trade and purchase. The poor service and unprofessionalism started right away. The salesman was a newer, young guy. It was obvious he was new, so he was getting a lot of help from the manager. When the manager sent in the first “offer” I immediately signed and accepted, because it was a GREAT deal, and I took a photo of the paper, because I assumed it was too good to be true, and that once it was discovered, I’d never see that paper again. I was right. The manager came in and said that he couldn’t do that deal. We went back and forth, and I still ended up with a decent deal. After the new guy took at least an hour to get the paper work in order to send over to finance (which is at the new car dealership up the hill) I was finally on my way to finance. I was told that the truck would be detailed while I was in finance. I waited for over an hour to be called back. The air wasn’t working that day at the dealership, so needless to say, it was HOT!!! Once back, the finance guy was having computer and printer problems, so more delays. When I finally finished, I go out to find the sales guy who has the keys to the truck. I had to call him because he was back at the used car dealership and did not leave keys for the truck. When I get to the truck, it had NOT been detailed. The only thing that had been done was the stickers were removed from the windows. I told the sales guy and pointed out all the dirt. His response was, “Oh, they have been busy and were probably ready to go home.” There was no offer to bring it back, or any other customer service gesture. Then, I ask for the other set of keys, and was told there wasn’t another set. This was never mentioned prior to the financing of the truck. So, I ask if they are going to make me another key and program it. The sales guy says, “No, but we can probably give you a discount on one.” The truck was not “delivered” to me. Not that I needed it, but sales guy didn’t offer to show me any features of the truck. I was not shown to the service department for future service needs. At this point, I’m tired, frustrated and ready to go. It’s Memorial Weekend, and since Monday was a holiday, I wait until the following week to start checking on the payoff of my trade. I called the bank where my trade was financed and they had not received the payoff. I had to call Cleveland Ford for more info. That’s when I found out, over a week later, that they had not even completed the financing of the new truck. The credit union that was to finance it had been waiting on the dealership to send a paper that had been left out!! My call reminded them to do this. What if I had not called???? After finally getting that straightened out, which took at least three calls, I had not received my tag and registration. So I had to make several calls to the dealership for that. I left several messages for the title clerk and NEVER received a return call. I finally figured out that if I wanted to talk to someone, I had to stay on the line until someone finally answered and put me through to a human and not a voicemail. So..... in addition to all of this crappy service, I have not received the first follow up call from the dealership or sales guy to ask if I’m happy with the truck, to ask for referrals or for any othef reason. I have bought a LOT of cars and trucks in my lifetime, and have had good and bad experiences, but I do believe that Cleveland Ford has the WORST customer service and most unprofessional finance and title department with which I have ever dealt. More

We got what we wanted, at the price we wanted, at a rate we wanted, and it was done knowing they wanted to make us happy. We were never pushed nor made to feel like we were dealing with a salesman on commission. We were listened to and our needs/wants were met. I can not recommend this dealership enough. I did 95% remotely. Just spent minimal time at dealership. I was treated with respect and they were conscious about my time. It was what I expected from Ford. I bought my last car there as well.
