John Yow is awesome and very patient with customer John was absolutely wonderful to work with! HE was what sold this car! Helpful and patient in understanding my needs. One issue I did have was one of the employees made an offhanded comment about an employee of the dealership and I felt that was rude and disrespectful to his fellow coworker. Until that point in the day, our experience had been fabulous, but that really hurt the way we felt about some of the employees of the dealership as we were finishing our purchase. Uncalled for behavior, in my opinion. More

Worst Dealership Ever. They knew beforehand my affordable payment range. They let me come and sit for hours knowing they were way above my range. I guess when this dealership was sold, they sold the integrity and respect for customers with it. I listened to 3 other couples go through the same thing yesterday while I was waiting. I will be taking my loyalty and business elsewhere. More
