I was shopping for the best deal I could get on a Nissan Rogue. There was three reasons why I chose and those are as follows; 1. Price 2. The lifetime warranty with Nationwide 3. Brad Doty I can’t say enough about Brad. When he contaced me via the Sales Manager, he would give me the news of the Rogues coming in, price,, options,etc...and never was over bearing or obnoxious. We built a relationship during this process that lasted 3 weeks until purchase day, and it certainly will not be the last time I contact him...I consider his style professsionally personal and very entertaining. The day of the purchase, I was waiting for a friend to get off work and transport me to the dealership. I couldn’t give Brad a definite time, SO HE DROVE 35 MILES IN HIS PERSONAL CAR AND TRANSPORTED ME TO CLEVELAND. The little things like this go along way in giving an Idenity to a great person and company! More
