Cleveland Ford has been in business since November of 2003 with one goal. Sell and service vehicles to and for satisfied customers. That’s it! The dealership has more than quadrupled sales from the previous owner. Cleveland Ford credits this tremendous increase in business to offering the best experience possible. Simply stated “We do whatever it takes to satisfy our customers” says General Sales Manager Victor Yoshida.
Cleveland Ford furnished all local High Schools with driver education vehicles, as well as providing the city’s annual Fourth of July fireworks. The dealership works with many local charities and nonprofits such as MDA, Boys and Girls clubs, Cub Scouts, The Jordon Thomas Foundation, C.A.T.C.H. Ministries, Mulligan Ministries, Shop with a Cop. Cleveland Ford also sponsors all local High School Football games and sponsors Missions work for many of the local Churches.
Cleveland Ford is one of the Atlanta Region top performing Ford dealers.

Horrible customer service They talked down to me and told me to check with Nissan to get my axle fixed after an oil change. I did and found out that didn't replace my air filt They talked down to me and told me to check with Nissan to get my axle fixed after an oil change. I did and found out that didn't replace my air filter box, had to buy one, told Cleveland Ford and they didn't offer an apology or reimbursement!!!! More

Service dept. Had to have car towed in due to very dead battery. Ryan Martin is my service advisor and immediately got the car into service to diagnose the problem Had to have car towed in due to very dead battery. Battery was under warranty, replaced, and everything was taken care of in a most polite, professional manner. Ryan is always available for any questions or concerns I may have. The service department at Cleveland Ford is always very busy, but I have never felt rushed or pressured. More
