great I got there early because I didn't have an appointment. The shop wasn't open yet Ron said it would be a couple of our and that was ok with me. well th I got there early because I didn't have an appointment. Now I don't know where anybody else get their oil changed and tires rotated but 15 minuets id probably a record. More

Horrible customer service They talked down to me and told me to check with Nissan to get my axle fixed after an oil change. I did and found out that didn't replace my air filt They talked down to me and told me to check with Nissan to get my axle fixed after an oil change. I did and found out that didn't replace my air filter box, had to buy one, told Cleveland Ford and they didn't offer an apology or reimbursement!!!! More

Service dept. Had to have car towed in due to very dead battery.
