Had a great experience At Cleveland Ford. Jayden And Chris did a fantastic job of getting me into a lightly used 2025 ELANTRA N. I drove from Florida to Tennessee to pick this vehicle up. Drove over 200 miles to find out truck I was looking at was sold just hours before, After several hours of looking for vehicle that couldn't be found was made a offer of $8000 off MSRP on a F150 plus reba was sold just hours before, After several hours of looking for vehicle that couldn't be found was made a offer of $8000 off MSRP on a F150 plus rebates of $3750 by Jay Patel. After closing deal the figures just didn't add up. Only $6000 was deducted I believe it was a mistake not on prepose. Then excuses were made saying ford had wrong info in computer. Then I am sorry but you signed contact. I trusted dealership and all employees. I feel a $2000 mistake needs to be addressed. I was told they were loosing money on deal. Should not of been offered if can't do only reason I took. Was in vehicle leaving when that was offered. More

My name is Ruben Castro, recently I wrote a review of a negative sort due to an experience that I had while trying to get some work done on my 2018 Ford Edge. I was attempting to get the PTU fluid changed negative sort due to an experience that I had while trying to get some work done on my 2018 Ford Edge. I was attempting to get the PTU fluid changed and for one reason or another the people I was speaking to were not knowledgeable of this process and after multiple calls and multiple wrong responses, I cancelled the work orders that I had put in for both of my Ford vehicles. I then put in my review explaining what transpired, no slamming, just the facts, to inform others. I received a call from Chaz, one of the managers, wanting to talk about the review and to see how they could help with the situation and to express that the misunderstanding could have been handled better. Chaz explained that they resolved the issue and the work could be done if I would reconsider letting them do it and that she would make sure it got done right. I agreed and not only did they take care of the PTU, but took care of some pending recall issues and offered their free pickup and delivery service. I write this longer than normal amendment to my original review to stress the importance of writing them to express your concerns when something negative happens, but also we should also express our happiness when a resolution comes from them too. Obviously someone is reading them besides we customers. Again, thank you Chaz for the great follow up and follow through and to Rob, the driver, for treating my baby right. More
I arrived on time for my service appointment and was told that the service would take about 45 minutes to complete. I was directed to the waiting area and was told that the service advisor would be with me that the service would take about 45 minutes to complete. I was directed to the waiting area and was told that the service advisor would be with me shortly. I never saw the service advisor. I waited over an hour and then checked on my vehicle. My vehicle was still staged for the service Bay when I checked on status. One of the employees told me that my vehicle hadn’t been forgotten and skipped in the service lane. When I asked about a revised ETA on today’s scheduled service I was told that it would be about another hour. Clearly the dealership does not value my time nor my business. More
My Cleveland Ford horror story. Late 90’s I bring in my Mustang for an oil change. I am told it has a small antifreeze leak and I say go ahead and do repair. It on the way home the Late 90’s I bring in my Mustang for an oil change. I am told it has a small antifreeze leak and I say go ahead and do repair. It on the way home the overheat light comes on. I rush it back and they say the engine is seized and that it had no antifreeze in the car and somehow this is not their fault. I reluctantly give in and say Okay replace the engine. After weeks of waiting they call and say the engine is finally in and replace is starting. The next day I get a call and they say well we ordered the wrong engine and it will not work. I then just end up trading that car in for a horrible Lease deal and cut my losses. When the lease is up the dealership calls and suggests I turn it there and I do and get a new car from them. A few months later I get a letter from the bank I had leased the car from and I owed thousands in no return and late fees. To my surprise the owner took care of the fees. Around 2018 I take yet another car I bought from this Dealership in because it keeps stalling while going down the road. They say it’s the computer which cost 2000 to replace so I let them change, a day later same problems persists. They they say it’s the thermostat another thousand dollar fix, I let them do that now. Next day again same problem. After they keep it for a month I’m informed it was a 2 dollar fuse the whole time. After I mention this is enough and I’m posting my story on reviews sites they agree to give me a couple thousand in free oil changes and sign like 20 business cards that I will turn in each visit. I also had tires for life which came with the purchase of this vehicle. Next visit on for maintenance everything went smooth. Now time for 2nd set of free tires and next free oil change. I call to set up appointment and I am told the dealership has changed owners and they will no longer do the tires or my oil changes to make up for their mistakes. I give up and decide I’m never going back again. We buy a Lincoln from local Lincoln dealership and a few years later they up and go out of business and I’m left with a hour drive to next closest dealership or go back to Cleveland Ford. I go back to them to do my 70,000 maintenance and I let them do a transmission flush, front end alignment and oil change this past Thursday 19 Jan 2023. The check engine light pops up a couple days later and it feels like the transmission gears down. I call they say it will be a week to get the engine light checked and a month if it is the transmission to get it in just to figure out the problem. I call and leave a message for the manager and about half hour later they say bring it in and they will check on their computer. I notice on the way there that I see no oil change sticker on windshield and check my oil percentage and it says 9% life of oil left. They say oh the technician just forgot to reset the oil life switch and it was changed. The check engine light says it was a misfire. He turns the check engine light off and says bring it back if it happens again. Also I have been trying to get a recall done that may lead to a fire inside the car and I always get parts on back order for the past year. So now I’m left with, here we go again, and no idea if the work I just paid a thousand for was truly even done and now the check engine lights back on. More
