This is a review of the service department. Brought the car in around 1pm on memorial day for an oil change because my husband had a coupon for a $45 oil change. He also needed to get a hole in his tire plugged, and for that they were gonna charge another $20. The issue we had is that 4:30pm rolls around and no one called up to update us with the vehicle status. We call and are unable to get anyone and leave a voicemail. Then after calling 3 times we got ahold of someone who tells us that the service department is closed and that we are unable to pick the car up since it's locked up in the garage. We are then put on hold so they can can call the manager at home to find out what is going on. They basically they told us we cannot pick our OWN car up and that they have no idea if the service was done or not. We ask if we can pick it up and take it elsewhere for the oil change and she tell us she doesn't know if the car is in the parking lot because she is in the building, and cannot walk to the window and look? Finally, we decided to just drive up there and look for ourselves because no one was of any help. We drive up to see both his car sitting in the lot and the garage wide open. How do you service a car and not let anyone know, and just leave for the day? Once he picked up the car, he was charged $68 for the oil change, but after complaining about all they hassle they put us through they refunded it. We always seems to have issues like this when he brings his car here. They never call and take 4 or 5 hours to change the oil. For us, them just deciding to keep the car overnight without any notification was the last straw. We aren't ever coming here for services again. Why when we can go to any of the oil places and walk in and get it done in 15 minutes? This place is very unorganized and unprofessional. More

Great salesperson. Dustin was easy to work with. Finance Guy Ferris was great. They had the car in stock and we bought that afternoon after a test drive. Paid cash. Dustin was easy to work with.
