Just a drop off, oil change and recall work. No interaction. The car needed recall work and oil change. We use your drop off service, which is convenient. When we bought the car, we were assured that every time we had service, the car would be washed and vacuumed. It has never happened. The car was washed during this visit because I asked for it. I shouldn’t have to ask. If that’s not your protocol, no problem. We just shouldn’t have been told that. More
