I was called when the car was done, however the oil change was missed. It was no problem, as we were out of town and not picking up the car until the following Monday. All was good. When we bought the car, we were assured that every time we had service, the car would be washed and vacuumed. It has never happened. The car was washed during this visit because I asked for it. I shouldn’t have to ask. If that’s not your protocol, no problem. We just shouldn’t have been told that. More
