Disappointing Went in for a routine oil change. Was switching to the dealership from another Hyundai one. It took TWO hours! Upon entering the bay, the two servic Went in for a routine oil change. Was switching to the dealership from another Hyundai one. It took TWO hours! Upon entering the bay, the two service technicians were too busy bashing a female customer to even greet me as I exited my car and approached them. I had to wait for them to stop saying sexists things to finally get attention. There was a part on my car that another dealership had damaged during a precious oil change which this dealership noted needed fixing. I explained that I knew, that the same service manager from that dealership is now at this one, made promises to fix this at their expense and after 2-3 opportunities, never made good on that hence why this is still in need of repair. That same service manager now is telling me to take it up with the other dealership and he wouldn’t be able to help because he left on bad terms. Now I guess we will have to go once again to try to rectify this. My car was pulled out of the service bay but not in a way that was easy for me to get out of. Upon slowly exiting, another employing driving way too fast almost hit me head on in the parking lot!! Upon being checked in, I asked if they would honor a coupon sent by corporate, which they said they would, but forgot to calculate that when checking me out causing me to have to wait additional time for them to redo it all with the service manager. Would not recommend based on this experience with this part of the dealership. I can’t speak for other areas. More

After our Hyundai Sonata broke down on a road trip from South Dakota to North Carolina, we were towed to a dealership we were unfamiliar with in a town we had never heard of - Wentzville, MO. The cashier, Tonya, was kind and calming both on the phone and once we arrived at the dealership. The service manager, Jay and service advisor, Chris were able to quickly diagnose the problem - our engine was knocking and would give out in a matter of time. They were able to quickly arrange a rental car for us and get us back on the road sooner than we expected. The engine was replaced and all campaigns were completed thoroughly and in a timely fashion. We would recommend their service department at Hyundai for all your automotive needs. More
oil change and inspection I always get my car maintenance done here and the work is usually done well with minor things missed from time to time. the things that are missed ar I always get my car maintenance done here and the work is usually done well with minor things missed from time to time. the things that are missed are usually something like asking to have the car washed but it doesn't get done but on this visit, after I left, I checked the tire sensor to see how the tires were since the fronts were a little low on air and they were rotating them. When I saw the reading I was surprised to see that after the rotation, now the back tires were low pressure even though it clearly was marked on the inspection that the tires were set to factory recommended 35psi( they were at 29psi). I stopped at a gas station near my home and double checked them with a tire pressure gauge and they were 29psi, so I aired them up to proper pressure. This was the first time I have found something missed like this but it was still minor enough to not go all the way back to the dealership. More
Had an emergency need for a battery replacement while traveling. Pulled into Hyundai of Wentzville at about 7:15AM with no appointment and left at 8:10AM with a new battery and a multipoint inspection. traveling. Robert Stephens not only expeditiously processed my repair but researched my extended warranty program and provided printouts. Couldn't have been treated better. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend these folks. More

Always friendly & fast! I greatly appreciate Hyundai of Wentzville. I purchased my vehicle in Sept 2018 & found out the hard way that Suntrup sold, but Wentzville of Hyundai I greatly appreciate Hyundai of Wentzville. I purchased my vehicle in Sept 2018 & found out the hard way that Suntrup sold, but Wentzville of Hyundai has went above & beyond when Suntrup would not. Will purchase from them again.
