Apparently service guy was more interested in trying to sell me a wheel alignment from the new lazer device in the receiving bay than to listen to what i asked for. However, given my experiences there over the past several years, things are improving. More

GREAT JOB!! My daughter accidentally put diesel fuel in her 2019 Hyundai Electra Wednesday night. Needless to say I had to get her car towed to the Wentzville de My daughter accidentally put diesel fuel in her 2019 Hyundai Electra Wednesday night. Needless to say I had to get her car towed to the Wentzville dealership! Chang was still at the office when my car was delivered after 8:30p.m. He personally took my keys and put a note on the Service Departments desk! Chang went above and beyond! Chris in Service also was amazing! Talked to him first thing in the morning on Thursday and he promised he would get my daughters call in and serviced that day. I heard back from him around 10:45a.m. and said my car was complete and it will be ready to go by 11a.m. My wife and daughter picked her car up around 5:15p.m. and he spent time talking with my daughter letting her know what happened and not to feel stupid for what she did because it happens all the time, but to make sure she is paying close attention so it doesn't happen again! I will definitely be back!! GREAT JOB!!! More
