Full transmission replacement under warranty My 2012 Hybrid Sonata transmission went out beginning of October at 89k miles. Got it up to Hyundai Wentzville and the guy in service stepped through My 2012 Hybrid Sonata transmission went out beginning of October at 89k miles. Got it up to Hyundai Wentzville and the guy in service stepped through what my options were and helped me get in touch with Hyundai corporate to try and expedite the process. Turns out there were no available rebuilds and a new tranny was on back order for two months so they set me up in a rental. After the waiting it was all set up and good to go I was about to leave the lot and a maintenance light came up so they put me back in a temp vehicle for a few days. Turned out a sensor in the new tranny was bad they replaced it and had me back on the road finally. While the circumstances were not the best Hyundai Wentzville was super helpful every step of the way and I ended up not paying a dime. They also washed my car too. Good people up there in service. More

I said you promised me four new tires if this was a problem, the salesman then lied to me saying he never said it. When I complained that all the tires were bald and that one new tire would throw everything off he said that they weren’t bald when I bought the truck. I’ve put less than 2k miles on it... More
