In order to keep warranty, oil has to be changed here but there is ALWAYS some hidden charge. I'm an amputee and had to sit outside on the ground due to the Covid-19 practice at this dealership and no outsid there is ALWAYS some hidden charge. Chris who checked my car in was nice enough but the tech who changed my oil not only didn't reset my oil monitoring system in the car but I'm handicapped and he moved my driver seat but didn't move it back. The $39.99 oil change actually costs about $47 because there is an additional $3 charge they have managed to work into the price that isn't taxes or included in the listed price. Truth in advertising should have this "required" service listed and displayed as $42.99 which is what it really is. At least it's not as bad as last time where I got an oil change and told them there was a spark plug issue then they tried to charge me $119 to hook it up to a computer and tell me it was the spark plugs. Ridiculous and even after telling them I came in saying it was the plugs they made me pay $60 of the computer check. The plugs check should have been included in that 23 or 29 point inspection they say they do. This dealership's service department is a rip off and doesn't meet the standards that they boast. #BuyerBeware More
I had an appointment at 8am for an oil change and it took over 2 hours. Also the car did not get washed because the porter was unavailable. I made the appointment on line as I always have and have always waited. I also had 2 coupons, one for a $19.99 oil change and one for a free tire rotation. I was told I could only use one. If I would have known, I would have made a 2nd appointment so I could get the rotation free. More
