Poor service My car was done but still on the rack and The guy working on my car went to lunch And I was left to sit for a hour till he came back. I was told they would find someone else to get my car down and ready to go but they didn’t. Wasn’t happy that I had a 8:00 appt and car still wasn’t done when I came back at 12:00 and then to sit for another hour? Unacceptable, service has went way downhill since new owner took over the dealership. More

Chris Lipe was very attentive I appreciated that Chris reminded me it was time to rotate my tires when I came in for an oil change. The service department was very busy and a bit behind which I was informed of upon my arrival. I had leave for an appointment before they were able to get to my car. Chris Lipe was very apologetic, and asked if I could return later that day. When I returned, he knew who I was, got my car in right away and was completed within the hour. He even discounted the service for my troubles. I was very impressed with the service. More
