I have been happy with the Wentzville dealer service center for years and have never had an issue with their work quality or my car. I almost gave them a four star for my one concern but didn’t want to center for years and have never had an issue with their work quality or my car. I almost gave them a four star for my one concern but didn’t want to penalize the car service provided. The only issue I had was around Covid precautions. No one in the drop off area wore a mask while interacting with me and driving my car. I don’t expect people to wear them if a customer isn’t around and the company is ok with it. But I didn’t see a mask on anyone I saw except a couple of customers. But I especially expected the person driving my car to the service bays to wear a mask but they didn’t. So I had to disinfect my car as best I could in case the person was a carrier or sick. More

Had an oil change and tire rotation. The next morning there was a large puddle of oil in the garage. Wife had already driven the car to work that day. Checked oil and it was still right at the full leve there was a large puddle of oil in the garage. Wife had already driven the car to work that day. Checked oil and it was still right at the full level. Under carriage of car was covered with oil. Took car back to dealership and after a hour and a half was told it was a defective drain plug. Car was bought from this dealership and only has 15k miles and has only been serviced by this dealership. Leaked a lot of oil and no explanation of why it still showed full on the dip stick. Also wasted half of my day off. More

We came for an oil change.we were satisfied with the service. We very uncomfortable in the waiting area because we saw only one person wearing a mask to prevent the spread of the corona virus.
