Hyundai of Wentzville was the worst service I have ever received. The sales person was just rude. He would take days to answer my questions if he ever even answered them at all. I repeatedly asked how man received. The sales person was just rude. He would take days to answer my questions if he ever even answered them at all. I repeatedly asked how many miles were on my car that I had towed to their dealership and he never would tell me. I'm assuming he was too lazy to go look. When I finally gave up and purchased a car elsewhere, I went to clean out my car and saw I had 106,000 miles on it. My extended warranty was to 100,000 miles. I honestly think, had he answered my question about miles, I may have been able to talk to someone about my warranty and get some help fixing it instead of spending thousands on a new car. My car was there after the engine locked up for no reason they could ever tell me. It had oil and was taken care of, so maybe Hundai hybrids are just not good cars. Either way, I would recommend you run as fast as you can to any other dealership if you are in need of service or want to purchase a new car. I will say Ashley was very polite and helpful. Had I worked with a salesperson like that, I may have ended up buying a car there. More
