This dealership is very nice, clean. I enjoyed the free snacks. However, I came in for a diagnostic and the feedback was less than satisfactory. I was told the mechanics drove my vehicle I enjoyed the free snacks. However, I came in for a diagnostic and the feedback was less than satisfactory. I was told the mechanics drove my vehicle twice within the course of 24 hrs and concluded that nothing was wrong because they could not duplicate the problem which I knew that they wouldn't, so upon arrive and paying a $50 uber for that subpar advice, I had to suggest the solution of replacing my fob battery which I was charged for. Considering that the dealership could not assist much, this should have been covered. Especially since my problem with the car was that it was shutting down in the middle of traffic. In short, the mechanics should have tried more or made the same simple call that I did without me having to wait an additional 30 mins to wait for a simple battery replacement. More
