I Made a appointment for my trunk latch to be replaced in my 4 year old sonata. They didn’t have it stock so They ordered it and made a appointment 10 days later to install. Called the day before and they sa my 4 year old sonata. They didn’t have it stock so They ordered it and made a appointment 10 days later to install. Called the day before and they said everything was ready to go. Brought the car in the next morning, dropped it off for the replacement and left for it to be worked on. Ended up calling the dealership 4 hours later for a status update and was told the part wasn’t even in stock! My entire day was wasted for this appointment when a simple call would’ve fixed all this. Another 7 days later I still don’t have the part installed and driving around with bungee cords for my trunk :( More
