Felt very discriminated against ,was turned around for a Oil change two times ,the second time I waited 4 a supervisor and got it completed . This dealership and the staff has always provided amazing service! When I can not stand, and why they are not getting a better score is due to the relentless attempts to get me to fill out a survey. I actually showed up 2 weeks early for my oil change appointment by mistake. Chris in the service department was very accommodating and kind. He said he would get me taken care of. Also the manager i appointment by mistake. Chris in the service department was very accommodating and kind. He said he would get me taken care of. Also the manager in the garage area delivered my keys to me after the service was completed and pointed out my car on the lot. Everyone that I have encountered at Clement from the operator, service department, sales department, all the way to check out desk have always been personable and professional. More
