VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE! ! I have visited this location multiple times and I have not had 1 good experience. I made an appointment weeks ago for an emissions inspection. I wai ! I have visited this location multiple times and I have not had 1 good experience. I made an appointment weeks ago for an emissions inspection. I waited over 2 hours before my vehicle was done. I asked a simple question..how much longer will it be? I was told very cold and nonchalantly "Well ma'am they have your car in now. When you make an appointment it only guarantees that we will get you in. It doesn't guarantee how long it will take". I feel they do not value the customers or their time. When they were finally done and I paid the cashier. I checked my paperwork like always. I noticed they spelled my name incorrectly. I brought this to his attention and he told me, "Oh, that doesn't matter. The only thing that matters is that the VIN is right". How can you have my name print correct on the Clement receipt and invoice but you enter my name incorrectly on my vehicle emissions inspection report? I absolutely love my vehicle but considering the service I know I will NOT be returning to Clement and I am definitely considering switching from Hyundai completely when I make my next purchase. More

Worst dealership I've ever dealt with. Refused to fix the major problem with the car they sold us!! They refused to fix the broken navigation screen that does not work. Now we can't use a majority of the features the car came with. Horrible dealership and the sales people are liars just to get you to buy. I do not recommend this place to anyone!! More
I was in transit and my trunk wouldn't open. They repaired it without an appointment. However, They did leave some grease on the leather seats. After my car was done, took over 40 minutes for me to just get my keys back after I had to ask for them twice and then they were tossed to me with no paper work.
