My old 2011 Sonata had been the most reliable car I ever owned. No Service issues ever until she gave it all. 130,000 miles plus when the engine died. GM stuck me with the full cost of engine replacement while the 2.4 liter engine was involved in a broad recall, my serial number wasn't covered. I swore I would never buy another ///gm product the rest of my life and I won't. Looking forward to the Hyundai electric vehicle in a couple years. Thanks for the great experience. More

I was disappointed this time with your services center. Called to make an appointment for an oil change and it was scheduling 2 months out. Got to the dealership, sat down and all I heard for an hour was the service manager loudly yelling and cussing. At who not sure but if my son would of been with me I would of said something. More

Not enough staff ! First time for this occurrence , oil change and my 60 k maintenance is due , unable to do maintenance because only one man working is what the derive First time for this occurrence , oil change and my 60 k maintenance is due , unable to do maintenance because only one man working is what the derive management had said . 3 people had checked in and all 3 scheduled their appointment to wait , the service manager not happy and he asked all of us on how we scheduled our appointment. If I didn’t buy my vehicle at this dealership I would not return! I have to come back for maintenance , it’s very sad that you can’t get help . I will continue to go to your one and only one dealership for maintenance on my vehicle so I can not void my warranty . Oh yes I can go to one other dealership it’s the Suntrup on Lindbergh in South county , from where I live it would take me an hour and half one way . All of us in the waiting area not happy . Could you offer free bottle water for the people waiting . Also my tires were low on air and of course no air was placed in , so I had to come back . Very poor customer service. More
