We have had nothing but problems with the car we purchased at the Wentzville location. Immediately I called about the problems and brought the car up several times and they would say they can’t find purchased at the Wentzville location. At the second oil change they did they came out to tell me the bill would be over $750 due to them stripping the area where the oil plug screws into the oil can and therefore the entire oil can and plug had to be completely replace. However after consulting other mechanics we were told that is not a normal wear and tear problem and the pictures to prove the area was stripped the service dept. our sales guy and the GM all avoided our calls. I received an email with the final statement quoting the work at $449 and when the service manager finally returned my call to tell me again the car was ready and the cost was $750 I mentioned the work statement that was emailed to me and he tried to argue with me until I emailed it to him and then had to talk with his GM because it didn’t make sense to him either? Ultimately I was told it was a computer glitch… and that the GM agreed to offer a small discount lowering the price to $680. I would not even recommend this dealership to my worst enemy and if your smart you will not buy a car from them! More
