Alyssa was welcoming and nice. I was offered a ride to local shopping as my car was being serviced. I was told just to text the number given to me and a ride would be right there I was offered a ride to local shopping as my car was being serviced. It took some time for acknowledgement of the return text and I waited about 30 minutes for someone to pick me up (just 3-4 minutes from the dealership) after I was told someone was on their way. When I went to leave, I was blocked in by another car. When I called the dealership for my appointment and asked about a specific car on the website, they give me the run around. I wanted to inquire about the car while mine was being serviced. They gave me the run around and did not return my call as they said they would to try and schedule both and I live 2 hours away. I ask questions about how to set up by Blue Link and no one can seem to help and tell me to refer to the manual which I already have done and can't get my account switched. The vehicle itself is fine. I travel here from a distance because my local dealership has a F rating with BBB and we had prior bad service. This isn't looking good either. More
