They did not tell me when I made the appointment that my car would need to sit on the lot for 5 days before they even looked at it. They also kept my car with no notice over both Mother’s Day weekend and M car would need to sit on the lot for 5 days before they even looked at it. They also kept my car with no notice over both Mother’s Day weekend and Memorial Day weekend so it was too late for me to find a rental car and I had to cancel my plans and when I did talk to the service mgr about the lack of communication and the dents above my drivers side door he was very unconcerned as was Alyssa and they told me it was an act of god and I should claim it on my insurance and as far as the holiday weekends they told me it happens and they have no way to know how long it would take to get to and fix my car. After I paid $3000 you would think they could pretend to care this experience has tainted the way I view Hyundai and clement automotive I will surely look at other brands and dealerships when I purchase my new car next spring More
