Hello, I wanted to thank you for bringing the car in for service, while it might be out of warranty we still have a multi point inspection that is done on every car that comes into the service center. This is done for several reasons to protect the customer and provide a health report of the car and the dealership so we can show what we are doing when you bring the car in. I was the one that told then to let you go as the conversation was going nowhere. We provide the multi point inspection at no charge to customers and just offers a extra piece of mind. You do have the option to decline the service moving forward and we will forgo any inspections and just do the work you are asking done. Yes but I was not told I could forgo the inspection and the customer service rep was not giving me the option, but continued to argue with me. As you said it was going nowhere.
