I can never get my car serviced, there are very few service technicians so you may have to wait weeks to a month just to get a nail out of tire or oil change. They are nice enough about but still. More

so I was told that you guys would contact me as soon as a car is available for me to drive and be able to go to work and it’s been 2-3 weeks and no one has called yet. You guys are 45 minutes away so I will definitely need a car. I shouldn’t have to keep driving and wasting another day to keep getting my rotators turned, this car is 9 months old, so obviously something is wrong with these rotors so just replace them. Thanks

The warranty company tells us what we can and cant replace we have to follow their process and if they say the rotors need turned then we have to start there, if they say they can be replaced we replace them we do not want to drag the process out for you we just have rules that we have to follow.
