It was a pain to get my car in for an oil change. If I had known that the service department is so busy that it takes weeks for an appointment, I would’ve bought the car at a different dealership. I am used to being able to get an oil change the same day or at least the same week I need it done. Also my appointment was for a drop off and to be ready by the end of business the next day. I arrived before the service department was closed and the rep wouldn’t help me. He said to fill out the drop off paperwork with the keys and park the car. I had questions as it was our first appointment with the new car. He didn’t have the time to provide me with even 3 star service. He was too busy sitting at his computer on his cell phone. it’s not like I showed up at closing time. Then I would understand. On top of everything we picked up the car, it smelled like BO, wasn’t vacuumed, or washed. They give us a piece of paper saying that if we leave a 5 star review and follow their review guidelines (examples of what to say) I would get a free tank of gas. Sorry, but I will not lie in a review to get anything free. More
