First, I brought my car in for whatever was needed to get the tags renewed. Even though I said do a safety inspection and emissions test I thought the service tech would know if I needed both or just one. As the tags renewed. As it turns out my car didn’t need an emissions test because it was one year old but they did it anyways because ai listed it when I scheduled the appointment. The Honda dealer I also use NEVER would have done that. I know this because multiple times I put down I needed both and when I get there they tell me exactly what work I needed done and only did those. So not super happy about paying for something that didn’t need to be done. Also, having no weekend service options suck. I work Mon-Fri and this makes it difficult to get service work done. Again, my Honda dealer has weekend service. Saying all this because it makes me think twice about getting another Hyundai when our current other car dies. Also, why did it take 2 hours to get a safety inspection and emissions test done? More

Charged for things we weren’t suppose to be. Poor work done and it was a huge inconvenience because the car broke down two more times due to their work. Just all around very poor.
