Fantastic Expeience This was far from your average new car buying experience. From the time we entered the dealership until we finally found the car we were looking for, This was far from your average new car buying experience. From the time we entered the dealership until we finally found the car we were looking for, we were treated with respect. It was the first time we have dealt with a manager that was looking out for what we wanted and not trying to push us into a car to make a sale. We did not feel pressured at all and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to purchase. We were so highly satisfied that we told Roger to keep an eye out for a used car for our daughters that were turning 16 and he recently showed us a car that was perfect so we purchased our second car from him. You can't beat the lifetime warranty and we feel comfortable that we will be taken care of if we should have any issues arise. Keep up the good work!!! More

Great First Time Experience! I went in on my own to buy my very first car. I was extremely nervous, and wasn't entirely sure what I was looking for. All that really mattered to me I went in on my own to buy my very first car. I was extremely nervous, and wasn't entirely sure what I was looking for. All that really mattered to me was getting a good deal and finding a safe, reliable car with great gas mileage. Shawn helped me out and talked me through the entire process. I didn't feel any pressure to buy, and in the end I walked out with a 2013 Elantra that I love. I was able to trade in my old car, got a great deal, and was helped by a wonderful staff! More

They gave us a more than fair price on our trade and sold us the Elantra for less than it is valued on NADA. On top of all that they had lunch catered for the employes and they shared with my self, my husband, and our two children. I would definitely recommend them for your next vehicle purchase. More

Well worth the 7 hour drive!! My experience with Suntrup Hyundai was above satisfactory! They were extremely professional from start to finish. Both the manager, Roger, and Tonya were wonderful and provided great service. While in the market for a new vehicle, I was referred to see Roger at Suntrup from multiple people who had also purchased vehicles from him. Although I was reluctant to make the 7 hour drive all the way from Omaha, NE, the deal was far too good to pass up. Not only did I get the exact car I wanted, Suntrup gave me more for my trade in and beat the price of any dealership in my area. I bought a limited 2014 Sonata and traded in my 2006 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I now have a brand new car with a cheaper monthly payment and lower interest rate. While at the dealership, they were professional, timely, and handled the entire deal with great customer service. Roger and Tonya both even followed up with me after I returned home to see how I liked my new vehicle. Highly recommend if you're looking to buy a vehicle!!! More
Sweet Sixteen I purchased a vehicle for my daughter for her sixteenth birthday, and I wanted to make the event very memorable for her. My daughter had suspected tha I purchased a vehicle for my daughter for her sixteenth birthday, and I wanted to make the event very memorable for her. My daughter had suspected that she was getting a car for her birthday, but didn't know what type of car it would be. Grant helped me set-up a great experience for her. I purchased her a Nissan Altima coupe. They proceeded to have the car completely detailed and spotless and placed on the showroom floor. Angie was able to get a huge bow made to place on the top car and Roger placed letters on the front windshield to say Happy Birthday. Grant was able to get balloons and a cookie cake. For the surprise Grant was to get a beat up convertible that was placed out side the front doors of the dealership complete w. balloons and some trash placed inside the car. To really sell the idea that the beat up convertible was what my daughter would get he was able to get several other salesmen to stand around the car and wave as my wife brought my daughter to the dealership,the look on her face was priceless. She looked in disbelief that this old beat up car was what she would get. As she got out of the car, Grant began to take her around the old car to point out all the features including some left over trash in the seats. While Grant was showing her the car, everybody else went back into the dealership, readying to scream surprise when she came in. Once we were done looking at the car, I then walked my daughter to the side door and said we had to go in and sign some paperwork. As I walked her into the showroom, she immediately saw the Altima decked out w. Happy Birthday, balloons and a bow, and everybody in the dealership yelling Happy Birthday. My daughter was completely surprised. Needless to say there were some tears of happiness and also a lot of laughter. It was a great memory that was made for her Sweet Sixteenth birthday. Thanks to all the folks at Suntrup Grant, Roger and Angie that made this a very special day for my daughter. More
