They did a fantastic job when I had engine issues with my out of warranty Sonata. They diagnosed the issue, talked to Hyundai, and determined that it was a known issue. Engine on 2011 Sonata blew only few feet out of my driveway. Car was towed in. Turns out this was covered under a recent recall notice. Before we called Hyundai of Wentzville to see if there was anything they could do, we had already planned on having to purchase a new engine and were already seeking quotes from area salvage yards because we were under the impression our car had exceeded it's warranty limits. However, in our initial call, CJ informed us that the warranty had been extended and there was a chance the engine was still covered. So we had the car towed to Hyundai. At the dealership, CJ was friendly, warm, and welcoming. Despite having numerous tasks that morning, he was patient with us, drafted our report, and let us know that they would do everything they could for us. A week or so later, he called to let us know that the vehicle was still covered, a brand new engine had been ordered, and it would be taken care of free of charge. He then arranged for me to have a rental vehicle here in Nashville for the next 2 weeks while they got my car fixed. Last week, I flew up to St. Louis to pick my car up, and it drives like new. CJ truly went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. Thank you, CJ and Hyundai of Wentzville! More
