The overall experience has not been without concerns. First: I purchased a used truck that I checked out on line a few weeks ago. At that time the asking price was just under 17,000. When I concerns. When I went to the dealership during their “sales event” the truck is now listed at 18,995! Interesting how the price went up $2,000 for a sales event. When this was brought to the attention of the sales representative he said he was unaware of it changing. Second: The on line information and the window sticker indicated that the truck had an under rail bed liner. This truck has absolutely zero bed liner! Update: After talking with the sales manager he stated that they use a third party company for their on line listings. They have no control as to what is published. I would suggest that they have someone verify that the information is accurate to prevent false advertising as in this case. Third: After the purchase and driving home I took more time to look over the truck. There were many things not brought to my attention during the sales experience. When I looked under the hood it looked very clean and maintained. Except for one issue, the battery had obvious signs of leakage and corrosion that any decent mechanic should have spotted. When I brought the truck in today to have them check it, it failed and thankfully it was replaced at no cost to me. Fourth: Another thing I noticed when checking out the truck and that I have brought up to numerous individuals at the dealership is that the tire jack and all the tools (jack handle, two jack handle extensions and wheel wrench) and covers are missing. Not one person that I have brought this up with has paid any attention to my concern. So the issue is that if I happen to have a flat tire I cannot change the tire because the basic safety equipment that normally comes with a vehicle is not there. Even if I contacted a service agency we still would not be able to lower the spare tire without the tools at gain access to the spare! All this because of someone’s incompetence to verify that normally included basic safety equipment was not turned in with the vehicle at trade in. I plan to bring this to their attention again when I return to pick up my final paperwork. Update: I have not been notified of the final paperwork being ready, but I called again on 2/08/21 (after calling on 2/04/21 and leaving a voicemail message for the sales manager that was never returned) and was able to speak to the sales manager. He will have someone from the service department contact me to get the missing jack and tools. He also stated that he would arrange for service to check into another problem (electrical) that has been identified since our last interaction. It seems that as of 2/08/21 the most of the concerns listed are or will be addressed. One thing I was told was that when a vehicle is brought in for trade-in they do not check over the vehicle to make sure everything that should be with the vehicle is there. If you are purchasing a used vehicle, take your time and make sure everything is there. And make sure any other discussed compensation is properly addressed. More

Typical dealership games. Feel like you are playing a shell game, which they are experienced at playing. Feel like you have been slimed after the deal. There was a $1200 coupon they would give you off if you used their finance company, but surprisingly that sort of got lost in the deal. More
