The dealer I had was extremely pushy and pressuring. I told him many times that I wanted to go home and think about it but he just didn't understand and I felt as though I couldn't leave. Once I finally s told him many times that I wanted to go home and think about it but he just didn't understand and I felt as though I couldn't leave. Once I finally stood up for myself and demanded what the price would need to be for me to buy the vehicle, I was told that it would arrive in about 2-3 days since it was a dealer trade. Turns out when I put half my down payment down that they never actually had the car secured until about 4 days after I had done that. This was very frustrating to me and just adds to the bad environment that is this dealership. I'm very happy with my car itself but I would never send anyone to them because of the awful stereotypical car salesman atmosphere. More

Alright, so I hadn't planned on buying a Hyundai until the day before I bought one. Looking at alternatives as a replacement car, we walked into Clement Hyundai on Sunday and perused the lot while noone w the day before I bought one. Looking at alternatives as a replacement car, we walked into Clement Hyundai on Sunday and perused the lot while noone was around. That's when we noticed the 2022 Tucson in Intense Blue on the lot. My wife saw it and basically fell in love with it. Ok fine, we will come back and check it out, I guess. Two days later, show up to my appointment with Jeremy Null and he had a vehicle prepped and ready for us. Fantastic. Exchanged some formalities, Jeremy was a cool dude, good stuff, hopped in the car and took it for a drive. Of course the wife instantly loves the first car we drive. Ugh. Fine. Hold out on forming a concrete opinion before we drive a different car to compare. Nah who am I kidding, Jeremy, write it up, we want the blue one. Honestly, everything was super smooth from setting up an appointment, checking out the right cars, and easy working out the deal. There was no hardballing one way or the other, noone tried to take advantage on the deal. Everyone was straight up and honest, which was very nice. They were clear on the cost, rate, monthly, and when all the paper work was signed up, the numbers never changed. I'd buy another car from Clement Hyundai and Jeremy. More
