Multiple issues with the service dept. car coded a misfire and they said it was something else, spent 1200 on that something else, then had the car back in a week later for misfire. Jon was very helpful and would work with him again. He resolved some issues I was having with the vehicle. He kept me apprised as to what was going on with my vehicle. It would be nice if when calling the dealership someone would answer in the shop instead of it going to voicemail and not getting a call back. This is very frustrating!
