A terrible dealership to purchase a vehicle from! I inquired about the advertised sale price on a vehicle and the out-the-door figures. Raleigh, the internet salesperson, added $1200 of products to I inquired about the advertised sale price on a vehicle and the out-the-door figures. Raleigh, the internet salesperson, added $1200 of products to the sales price before the normal state taxes. He blamed this on Cars.com website. I explained this is not good business....I inquired about an advertised price and am not able to buy it at that price? He said no. This is there normal practice. In a latter email I explained that the could have mentioned the $1200 of products were required in the "Notes" section of Cars.com. He stated if I went to the dealership website it's explained. I told him I was shopping a site that the dealership paid for and it should state all the stipulations. He was very defensive. I believe this is false advertising and no customer should be treated similar. More

Car is still under warranty with only 5,000 miles on it. Dealers such as Clement and St. Charles Automotive cannot find the problem with my inside lights that go on and off intermittently.
