Buying a new truck is always a major task and a major investment. When I got to the dealership I met Brad and he was extremely helpful. After a few visits I was able to figure out what truck I was interested in brad never pressured me or made me feel uncomfortable. The rest of the paperwork process went as smooth as possible it does take pretty long to complete this process but went pretty well. The other people I talk to where very nice and informative More

I was taken a few times on service , paying for things not needed or far too much. Marshall Ford is the first dealer I have gone to on all my service needs from the start and still going, and it has been a pleasant surprise for me to say the least, I feel that they have my interest and needs up front without any phony and pushy service. I can not say enough praise for the Service Managers and Tech Men that meet and follow through with the work, they are great. I'M sure that I'll deal and buy from this group in the future, and yes I do give them recommendations to my friends, keep up the good work.......... More
Great Service On Time in and out. I called and made an appointment for my cars service. Was given a convenient appointment for my schedule. I received a friendly text message from Mega I called and made an appointment for my cars service. Was given a convenient appointment for my schedule. I received a friendly text message from Megan the day before reminding me of my appointment. I arrived about 5 minutes before my appointment, the service rep asked if I was waiting, I said yes. He showed me to the waiting room and showed me where the coffee was.. I went out into the showroom and talked to my sales person about how much I loved my new car. I went back to the waiting room, looked up some stuff on my phone. The serviceman called my name and told me everything was done and my car was ready. We did go back to the cashier so I could get a printed copy of the work done for my records. He gave me my keys and I was on my way home. Very fast on time service. More

Warranty item replaces with minimal fuss My 2015 C-Max Energi needed its fuel filler neck replaced. The only minor disappointment was having to wait for the part to be delivered, but that's u My 2015 C-Max Energi needed its fuel filler neck replaced. The only minor disappointment was having to wait for the part to be delivered, but that's understandable with such a rare car. When the part arrived, I was phoned immediately, got it installed later that same day without delay, & was on my way earlier than expected. All at no cost, since my C-Max is still under warranty. I really like this car & am glad to hear there will be more Ford hybrid & plug-in models available in the near future. More
