I really needed the top-notch technicians this time because there were major issues on the front end that we didn't even know was an issue. They explained the problem with easy to understand the explanation, and we were told because this occurred on a Friday, there may be a delay in getting the part before Monday. However, not only was the car completed on Monday, but they provided us with a rental in its' absence. The work seems to be what was needed and we came home very satisfied. Our compliments, again, to the Marshall Ford Mechanics and staff. More

Very Pleased with the Service I needed the first complimentary service on my used, 2011 Ford Escape as oil needed changing and I needed an "authorized" check of the transmission fl I needed the first complimentary service on my used, 2011 Ford Escape as oil needed changing and I needed an "authorized" check of the transmission fluid so that it was safe to tow behind my motorhome. This was handled properly because I brought it in at full running temperature and the service writer made sure a technician did this service item before the engine and transmission cooled down. I wasn't promised how long the job would take but I estimated to my wife it would take a little over an hour, and I was absolutely right, one hour and fifteen minutes. More
