Getting a car ready for our granddaughter. When we decided to let our grand daughter have our 2008 Escape for her first car I knew we'd have to have it looked at from front to back. Since Marshall was closest to us I went to their shop and spoke to the service manager, who recommended we put our thoughts and requests in writing when we brought the car in. I later spoke to Justin as our appointment date got closer and he recommended a "Used Car Check". So we did that and added a few extra points of review the morning we brought the car in. I was impressed with the courtesy and politeness of your service staff, service writers and mechanics both (I spoke to the mechanic who did the checks when I picked up the car) because I never got the impression that I was bothering them, keeping them from work, or just being a pain in the xxx, which was not the impression I'd received from other Ford dealers in the St. Louis metropolitan area.
