While having the "works" package performed on my car, they let the air out Always a good experience with sales team. Service dept is another story. While having the "works" package performed on my car, they let the air out of all my tires, nitogen at that. I had to pay again to have them refilled. I took my car to Pudman after that. They informed me that my air filter needed to be changed and should have been done a long time prior. You service dept never picked up on that. Love the new customer waiting area. It has been a long time coming. Also, thank you for elimating smoking inside the building. More
